Kathleen’s Marinated Shrimp
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup Crooked River Herb Farm Vinegar
(my favorite is Blueberry Lemon Herb and Champagne Vinegar)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 garlic clove-minced
2 tablespoons herb blend seasoning (All about Herbs)
I double this recipe and marinate cooked shrimp
for as long or as short a time as I have that day.
Yes, this dish tastes fabulous, no matter how long it marinates
or which Crooked River Herb Farm vinegar you use!
