Christmas Morning Egg Bake

1/4 cup butter
melted 2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
3 cups croutons
6 eggs ( I prefer fresh)
1 bell pepper diced
1 3/4 Cup Milk (I prefer 1% or non~fat organic)
salt and pepper to taste
 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Melt butter Spray a 9 x 12 inch baking dish with vegetable spray (I use canola)

Place croutons in dish and drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese

Crack eggs into bowl and whisk in milk, bell pepper, mustard and salt and pepper, pour over croutons.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 minutes
 

Serve with you favorite Crooked River Herb Farm pepper jelly

I spread Just Peachy Habanero right on top!

You may also serve any of them on the side.
